Galena Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café dedicated to showcasing exceptional coffee from bean to cup.

Beans are roasted in-house and crafted on the bar into espresso drinks, brewed coffee, and cold brew — each highlighting the character of thoughtfully sourced single origins and signature blends. Guests can enjoy their coffee in the café or take home freshly roasted retail bags.

Alongside our coffee, we offer breakfast sandwiches, delicious pastries from Roux & Lucia, and small, quick bites. For an extra lift, the menu also includes energy drinks and our signature Booster Juices — a refreshing juice-based drink made with green coffee extract.
